2. Order Processing Times
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Time: After your order has been processed, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 5+ business days
- Rest of the World: 15+ business days
3. Shipping Rates and Methods

UK Shipping: We offer the following shipping options for UK addresses:
- Standard Shipping: £3.50 (Free for orders over £50)
- Express Shipping: £4.5 (Orders must be placed before 1:00PM)
- International Shipping: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of your order. Duties and taxes may be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via Royal mails’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.
- Some products may have restrictions due to legal or logistical reasons.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed, please contact us at simplinutritonuk@gmail.com with your order number. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
If your order is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. After investigating, we may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or because an incorrect address was provided, we will notify you. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if the package needs to be resent.
